THE HOLLIS PROCESS
Three movements,
eighteen to twenty-four months.

We start at the site, not the floor plan.
Before a single line is drawn, we walk the land with you at sunrise and again at dusk. We watch where the shade falls in July, where the wind comes from in February. The house grows out of those notes — not out of a catalog.

Drawn by hand. Detailed to the eighth.
Every elevation is hand-sketched in our Sedona studio before it reaches CAD. We meet with you weekly, in person, with material samples on the table — stone, walnut, brass, plaster. The decisions you make here are the ones you live with.

One crew. One foreman. Yours alone.
Your project gets a dedicated foreman from the day we break ground to the day we hand you the keys. No subcontractor shuffle, no phone tag. Same five faces on site every morning until the job is finished.
